COURTHOUSE LAWN GUIDELINES
No smoking, coolers, alcoholic beverages, or pets will be allowed on the grounds of the Loudoun County Courthouse during the Friday, Sept. 15, and Saturday, Sept. 16, performances. If you have your pet with you, we ask that you remain on the sidewalk.
ROAD CLOSURES ON FRIDAY, SEPT. 15
The following streets will be closed to vehicle traffic beginning at 4:30pm Friday, Sept. 15:
• Market Street from Wirt to Church streets
• King Street from North to Loudoun streets
No parking will be allowed on the following streets:
• Wirt Street from Loudoun to Market streets
• North Street from Church to Wirt streets
• Church Street from Market to North streets

***The Friday evening event begins at 7pm. Due to road closures and a potential increase in traffic in the downtown Leesburg Historic District, please account for traffic delays and plan your travel time accordingly.***

FESTIVAL PASSES
The Friday, Sept. 15, evening segment of BENEFIT’s 2023 Crossroads Music Festival is a free concert — a festival pass is not needed for admission.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION FOR SATURDAY, SEPT. 16
Online Advance Festival Pass Holders
Advance Sales Festival Pass Holders may begin checking in at BENEFIT’s 2023 Crossroads Music Festival registration center, located in Coldwell Banker - Leesburg office, starting at 4:30p.m., Saturday, Sept. 16. You will receive your wristband and your 2023 Crossroads Music Festival T-shirt (T-shirt while supplies last). Please have your ticket confirmation with you.
Coldwell Banker is located at 25 S. King Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
Sept. 16 Event-Day Festival Pass Sales
Wristbands and T-shirts will be available for purchase (T-shirts while supplies last) at Coldwell Banker - Leesburg and at each venue on Saturday, Sept. 16, for $30.
Passes are not required for entry at any venue participating in the event. However, proceeds from festival pass sales benefit nonprofit organizations that serve Loudoun County.
With the purchase of a festival pass, attendees will receive a wristband at check-in. Wristbands will provide attendees access to Sept. 16 event-day specials at participating music venues and a collectible 2023 Crossroads Music Festival T-shirt (T-shirts available while supplies last).
